Warranty Policy
At Bettison Clark Ltd, we take pride in the quality and condition of the vehicles we sell. To give you peace of mind, we provide a limited warranty on all retail vehicles, including sport and classic models, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of sale.
This policy outlines what is covered, how long for, and what to do if you need to make a claim.

4. Making a Claim
To make a warranty claim:
-
Contact us as soon as the issue arises at warranty@bettisonclark.com
-
Provide your name, vehicle registration, date of purchase, and a description of the issue
-
We will assess the issue and advise you whether:
-
The vehicle must be returned to us for inspection/repair
-
A local garage can be used with our written approval
-
Or a specialist must be involved (especially for classic cars)
-
Important: Do not undertake repairs without our prior written agreement, or your claim may be void.

5. Customer Responsibilities
To keep your warranty valid:
-
Service the vehicle in line with manufacturer or agreed service schedules
-
Report any faults as soon as they occur
-
Avoid further damage by not continuing to drive the vehicle with a known issue
-
Keep records of any inspections, servicing, or maintenance work carried out

6. Statutory Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a fault occurs within the first 30 days, you may still be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair as outlined in our [Returns Policy].
